To conclude, a bilingual individual is one who speaks two or more languages, which is learned at school or in the context where he lives, likewise a bicultural person is one who knows two or more cultures, adapting their attitudes, behaviors, and values to the context and the situation of that culture, combining aspects of the cultures involved, there are bilinguals who are not bicultural, because although they handle two languages they have always lived in the same culture.
A bilingual does not always master both languages fluently, many learn another language in their childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, bilinguals use their language in order to achieve different things and their fluency depends on the need, hence many bilinguals master the language more than others.
Finally, a bicultural bilingual is one who is fluent in more than two languages and two cultures, and who has managed to adapt his behavior, values, and thoughts to the new culture in which he finds himself.
